By creating an account or using Neigh ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Alpha Status
Neigh is currently in private alpha. This means:
- The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis with no uptime guarantees.
- Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
- Data loss is possible. We do not guarantee preservation of data during alpha.
- Access is limited to invited users.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Neigh to publish illegal, harmful, or infringing content, distribute malware, or interfere with the Service.
5. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of all content you create. You grant Neigh a non-exclusive license to host and display that content to operate the Service.
6. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful.
7. Service Plans & Limits
Organizations are subject to the limits of their current plan. We reserve the right to modify plan limits.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
Neigh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
